guidelines |
????only palettes and shades I have chosen are eligible for this project
???? no black shades
???? no cream shades
???? 4 shades - 3 from palettes, 1 single

how to |
???? randomize the alphabet 3 times
???? once you have your letters, randomize the shade, buy how many start with that letter. ex; A (15 shades start with the letter A) then randomize 1-15
????single shade is generated by how many there are
????single shade will be rotated through each month
????once a shade is rolled out, if it has pan it is no longer eligible to be rolled in again
