This whole body workout has a fluid and stretchy feel.
The standing warm-up includes the roll-down, upper body circles, side bends, Sumo squats with spine articulation and spine rotation. The one-leg stand involves the Hip Hinge and holding a Capital 'T'. The floor-work includes shoulder stability in the Plank, a seated 'C' curve into Abdominal Rocking, Single Leg Stretch and advanced Scissors. Finishing with a marching Bridge and Gecko Press-ups.
