Hey guys! In this livestream, we practiced visualizing a happy, calming place as a means to relieve anxiety and quell panic attacks. It does take some practice to become effective, but it's a very fun way to use your imagination for the good of your mental health. I decided to take you all through my own village, which I began creating in my mind a number of years ago. I've made some modifications to it in order to accommodate company (you!). I also added in some breathing techniques and body relaxation strategies to help increase the relaxation factor.
