Happy New Year! I thought this video would be the perfect start to 2023, sharing Peni Ediker's incredible permaculture homestead in Carmarthenshire, Wales. Her site has been creating through the One Planet Development scheme, a pioneering scheme in Wales that allows people to move to the countryside and build a home if they can prove they can reach certain self-sufficiency criteria; therefore, this video is the real deal!
