-Skin to Skin with baby. This stimulates milk production and will help you bond with your baby/babies!
-Reduce stress (I know it's hard, but stress can have a negative impact on supply.)
-EAT! EAT! EAT!
***FED IS BEST! If you are unable to exclusively breastfeed/pump, you are able to supplement with formula. Talk to your doctor. There are plenty of options!! Do not let anyone ever make you feel bad if you are not able to exclusively breastfeed!***

(Last side note! In the video I mentioned the Spectra S2 as the pump that can "do it all." I meant to say that the Spectra S1 is the pump that can "do it all" because the S1 pump can be charged and in turn, it will be a portable pump!! Either way, Spectra is the brand I recommend. It has great suction and I think it is very easy to use! Many insurances cover the full cost of the S2.)
