This is episode 31 in a series I'm putting out on popular and powerful endgame uniques.

This isn't trivial to source in SSF but it is doable. Consider this a reasonable goal in SSF if (and only if) you can get to tier 16 maps quite quickly and have experience with Breach content.

You'll need two pieces - Eye of Chayula (drop anywhere unique, about 3 times as common as Shavronne's Wrappings and somewhat chanceable) and a Blessing of Chayula, a common drop from Chayula in its Breachstone domain.

In exchange you'll get an awesome amulet that empowers a number of different low life strategies that can be used in place of, or alongside, Shavronne's Wrappings. Most players use the two items together, but this is not required - Presence of Chayula with capped chaos resist and ~1700 unreserved life is quite durable against chaos damage.

You can further enhance the item with Prismatic Catalysts (for the chaos resist) or Fertile or Tempering Catalysts (for the life to ES conversion).

And being an amulet, you can improve it (or ruin it) with corruptions, although this is less SSF friendly as you may struggle to replace the Eye.
