ESO: Update 35 Combat Changes ~ Initial Reactions on Twitch - Video

What are your thoughts on the latest post from ZOS, announcing sweeping combat changes in The Elder Scrolls Online. Update 35 will be on PTS on Monday, July 11th, 2022 and is scheduled to go LIVE on August 22, 2022.

Is this a good change? Will it help newer players? Will it close the skill gap? Or will it kill end game? PvP? Werewolves? What are your thoughts?
