IF you haven’t been in Appalachia playing Fallout 76 for long, you may not have met Minerva; but it might be time you did. Minerva is a vendor looking to trade plans, some rare, for your gold bullion. She travels with the Blue Ridge Caravan Company and moves through four different locations throughout Appalachia, selling her wares. This time, her big sale will feature all the items she sold for the last three weeks before she dips and heads off into the sunset to find collect items to sell at her next resting spot. For August 10th - 14th, her BIG SALE will be available. This will be the last time to pick up that Covert Scout mask and armor. Some sign and tube plans, Brotherhood Recon armor, floater flamer grenades, crusader pistol plans, gauss pistol mods, hellstorm payload mods, gauss minigun, and other weapons are among the many items she will have for sale during this BIG SALE. Catch her while she’s here; she’ll appear at noon EST on the 10th and leave at noon EST on the 14th.
