The top comment of the post was: A reminder that medication for ADHD has been proven to be one of the most effective at helping people manage their symptoms than any other psychiatric medication. And people who have taken it have shown significant improvement in managing symptoms the same day it was prescribed and taken.

Even though I trust Will and his words that it did help him improve his mental health when he went off his meds, he seems to be the exception and not the rule, I would not follow his example and stop taking medication if I'm worried about my mental health as someone with ADHD.
