Marking of Breast Implant Plus Nipple Lift with Fat Injection for Cleavage Creation

Today we are planning a breast implant surgery with nipple lift and also a cleavage creation. We will also do some other procedures. We measure the breast's dimension from the inner to the outer breast. Then we mark out the breast's dimension. We will implant approximately 450 to 475 CC breast implants.
The patient wants slightly bigger breast implants so we are doing them. We draw the midline running through the nipple and go down then, we do the incision. After breast enlargement scar will be virtually invisible. We do the fat injection for cleavage creation into the upper pole. Because the implant gives a perfect look at the upper pole. Breasts are sagging so we will also do the breast lift procedure.

Advantages of Breast enlargement or breast implant:-
1- Breastfeeding after the surgery
2- It can still be screened for cancer
3- A procedure for breast enlargement does not disturb the bust at all.
4- Ultrasound, and MRI scan can be done after the procedure.
5- Two days later you can go back to your office.
6- It looks absolutely natural.

Procedure Duration:- 25 to 30 min

Precautions after the procedure:- you can start your gym and heavy activities after 7 days.
Final Shape:- It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get a final shape or result.
