Mofongo - Puerto Rican Dish With A Dominican Twist - Video

Mofongo is a Puerto Rican dish with its oldest mention in a cookbook being from 1859. In the 1960's people who had immigrated from the Dominican Republic quickly fell in love with the dish. Since then it has spread through the Caribbean and into our hearts. Today's version is of Dominican origin.
