Background:
I first heard of this bug through the following reddit post:

It also had been reported earlier, dated the 24th of July, but no fix had happened yet

The bug is with the talent Cryogenic Chamber for Death Knight, that stacks up 15% of damage dealt by your Frost Fever, to be unleashed by your next Remorseless Winter.

Unsurprisingly, this works exactly like you would expect with damage scaling effects in the game, namely it gets a massive boost by hitting low level targets (such as training dummies).

And thankfully the training dummies in Durotar will remain long enough for Frost Fever to tick once, giving you a chance to stack up the buff to unleash upon... whatever you want!

Do keep in mind it won't work through loading screens, so getting the buff to Dragon Isles is difficult... but not impossible.

We tried to stack it with an old strategy of Mind Control and Ray of Hope on critters. This made us obtain a 20 million damage Remorseless Winter, in hope of one shotting the Event version of Fyrakk, sadly it couldn't be damaged lower than 1 health point... sad!

Ultimately I spent most of the time with the buff testing the Horde in Durotar, to see if they would be hostile to poor defenseless naked AFK Death Knight Players!
