This is Sailing Sunyasa-- We are on the BEACH for a free-flow Yoga movement session called SUNYASANA (SUNYASA-na). SUNYASANA IS: FREEDOM of EXPRESSION | LIVING your LIFE as you ARE in EVERY moment | FINDING YOUR PASSION |. IGNITING the INNER FIRE within | FACING your FEARS.

We are a family of sailing Yogis. We took the plunge and sold everything to pursue our dreams of sailing around the world. We traded in our "normal" "old" lives for boat life/ sailing life. We are professional, International Yoga Teacher and had a successful Yoga business back "home". Having said that we have now taken our Yoga with us and are continuing to share our Yoga and the gift of inner freedom with world. For us this means igniting the fire within, facing our fears, living a passionate life, and embracing the unknown in every moment.

We are taking our Yoga around the world by sailboat. Sailing and living on a catamaran have given us the freedom to explore so many magical places that we never dreamed we would be able to get to.

We are "Om Travellers", living on a boat. Our "Om" is where our "home is".
We are sincere but not serious.

WHO WE ARE
WE’RE ERO, SHANTI, EMMA AND YESH. ????‍♀️????????‍♀️????‍♂️A sailing family of modern-ERA sailing yoga documentarians, nomad travellers, and adventure seekers of the world's unknown. ????

Choosing the word Sunyasa for our channel was directly related to our own devotion to personal freedom in our own lives. This means realizing that facing our fears through embracing the unknown is where the magic in life truly happens ???? . It is from here that we allow our life to flow from. ???? Sometimes this comes out as embarrassing ourselves by showing the world our true WiLd side, which can come across as goofy or messy. But we call it the elixir of a joy filled life!

We were successful International Yoga Professionals with our own business. But we woke up to feeling as though everything we had was in the way of our personal freedom, as well as having close relationships with our children and the world around us. Together, we made the decision to sell everything, trade in "normal life" for "boat life" and buy a catamaran--to live our dreams NOW. And we just started our sailing journey--sailing around the world with our two children, with no experience. Together, we are facing our fears, living a sustainable life, in the moment, as we learn and grow along the way. We are embracing the unknown, exploring this magical, crazy world together. Where our Journey is our Destination.

We SEE our true home is the ????world ????around us and we spend a lot of time away from civilization. Self-sustenance is a must for us ♻️and we love learning new ways to be more efficient and in harmony with the world we are living in. We've been living off the grid for a short while. And over time we have been learning more about renewable energy, creating clean drinking water, & reducing our waste while growing as human beings.

We are a Yoga family sailing around the World, pursing our dreams, facing our fears, and embracing the unknown TOGETHER! Join US on our unique Sailing Yoga Lifestyle as we explore the mysteries of the world ⛵️ ???? ???? .
