In this video, Naked discusses some rare plans and how you can go about getting them. Many of these plans drop at a very low rate from a single event like rad rumble. Now, with the mutation invasion and mutated events, the chances for these drops have gotten better because you now have more events to do with the hopes of getting one of these rare plans at the top of each hour. With the Feb. 28th update, we received three weeks of mutated events, but Bethesda intends to do weeks of mutated events in the future as well.
