Here is video proof that you cannot tell the difference between Silver and Ascendant players when they have amazing clips. Radiant players with big brain 200IQ plays can easily make the same mistakes and same plays as a silver player who is having a great day. That being said, you can truly tell the rank of a player based on the entire game and the decisions they make. Aim is a overly-weighed stat to determine someone's skill.
