Torpedo Tube HP Is Random??? - WoWS Has Even More Dumb RNG Than We Though - Video

Big props to ttaro for developing the mod and finding this out, this is absolute nonsense. HP on torps, secondaries and AA is all randomized the moment you load into a game, you have to hope you get born rich or everything will break real fast!
