Twitch Adds "Pools, Hot Tubs, And Beaches" As A Category - Video

After seeing Hot Tub streams trending on Twitch, they finally added a new category called "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches". Now, people have the choice to enter streams that involves being in a hot tub, pool, or at a beach. Or they may exit as they choose to do so. I think this is a great update for those who want to model or want to just have fun doing what they want to do, as long as it doesn't show explicit content.

This is another good update Twitch added, and I'm starting to see a better future with Twitch now. Last year was a very tough year for the platform, as they've made many bad choices. Now, I'm starting to have faith in them, and I'm proud to be still streaming on a platform that's adding even more categories that brings in more people to stream, and do what they enjoy!

Basically, Twitch added this feature due to the amount of Hot Tub streamers that are on Twitch producing content. The most iconic Hot Tub streamer named "Amouranth" is a popular streamer that started the trend. Many people had an issue of her hinting explicit content, when in reality, she's following Twitch's TOS. As long as she fits the scene, where there's a tub or a pool with a beach or a background, then she's perfectly fine. However, from what I've been hearing, Twitch removed Amouranth's ad revenue for some reason. Could it be, cause of her Hot Tub streams? Let me know in the comments! :D

There are a lot of people that are still frustrated with hot tub streams, which doesn't make sense, since people have the choice to enter or leave those streams. As I've stated, it still doesn't go against Twitch's TOS. Another thing to add, is that there are even topless men that can be sexualized, just as if a women can be sexualized in a bikini on-stream. I believe some people are misunderstanding this, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the matter, since some of you want to do hot tub, pools, or beach streams. Never be afraid to do what you enjoy. There may be a lot of people against it, and it's our job to normalize this. Again, there's no explicit content shown in these type of categories, so it's safe to stream this, especially, since it's now a category.
