Twitch ToS, VTubers, VRChat, and how Broken it all is - Video

Not a 'Deep' dive... A shallow dive Into twitch Terms of service, VTubers, and VRChat streams.
I've been seeing alot of VRC streams pushing what is acceptable and I was wondering if it's allowed according to ToS. This led me down a rabbit hole of VTubers complaining about them not being able to show certain parts. I also found inconsistencies in when the tags Twitch introduced are used.
I share my thoughts, and some thoughts from the 2 wonderful people who accepted to be interviewed.
