"White Belt Gets Choked Out | First BJJ White Belt Competition"

This was my very first BJJ white belt competition!

The competition was the EVENTS BJJ Initiator Crown held at Olympic Park Sydney on 26 Feb 2021. The division was white belt adult male -88kg Gi.

The first two matches were won by submission (Americana armlock). In the final I get choked out by my opponent, in hindsight, I should have tapped... Haha.

Last but definitely not least I want to thank my main man Zac who stuck it out with me and not only filmed the entire day but filmed the entire day on a 2-day post-operation knee. He hobbled around to multiple mats, podium photos and the rest, thank you, Zac, you're a legend mate.
