In today's video we take a look at how the AOE cap affects the SM Cath + Arm 1 pull! These effects will likely go live during the prepatch. We test to see whether or not the new TBC AOE cap makes these 1 pulls impossible. I also tested all the other pulls and will have similar videos on my channel for those!
